Full description of the position

This is a fun, very fast-paced, busy pet resort, daycare, and grooming spa. Experience in the pet industry would be a plus but not necessary. Must have great phone/customer service skills. You will be answering the phone to schedule appointments for grooming daycare and boarding, as well as checking customers in & out - Lots of Multitasking. Great personality as you will be customer-facing. We are open 7 days a week and the position will require weekend work. M-F 9-8 Sat-Sun 9-6. Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
