The Garvey Automotive Group seeks a dynamic individual to join our team at Garvey Volkswagen Kia on Quaker Road in Queensbury as a full-time new and preowned vehicle salesperson. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for creating lasting impressions, embodying our company values, and guiding customers through their vehicle selection process. From in-person interactions to online chats, you'll handle various customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met. Self-motivation is key as you'll manage customer follow-ups and maintain your factory certification through provided training opportunities.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• One to three years of sales experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency with Windows PC operations and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work on Saturdays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Highly qualified candidates may also have:

• Proficiency in technology
• Previous automotive sales experience

Compensation:

• Industry-leading pay plan, primarily commission-based with minimum commission per deal and write-up bonuses
