L'Essence De La Vie, a brand-new Medical Spa in Wesley Chapel, is seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish) Front Office Sales Associate to join our team. The main objective of this role is to schedule appointments and work with our CRM system to ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for clients and maintain appointment schedules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
• Answer phones promptly and maintain excellent customer service throughout the conversation
• Greet clients with a positive and welcoming demeanor, maintaining eye contact throughout interactions
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals by promoting and educating customers on our products, services, memberships, and packages
• Communicate effectively with management and complete tasks assigned by the manager
• Provide feedback where necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa, medical, or aesthetic practice, or 2-3 years of front desk/sales experience
• Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Knowledge of computers, particularly MS Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work hands-on with management
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform job duties on a consistent basis
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
