Slow Goods is a retail boutique specializing in Australian womenswear, bespoke accessories, and artisanal homewares. We are looking for a reliable, personable, and outgoing sales associate to join our small team. The role would be for predominantly Friday/Saturday with the possibility for added days. Day-to-day tasks would include the following:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and authentic manner

- Provide warm customer service and product knowledge

- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and merchandise products

- Assist with inventory management and restocking

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail sales is a plus

- Excellent time and inventory management skills

- Proficiency in handling financial transactions

- Warm customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues

- Professional phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone

- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 40 per week
