Full description of the position

```Duties```
- Maintain current customer database
- Assist customers in services needed and making purchasing decisions
- Follow-Up with clients on any open estimates
- Network in Multi Family Industry and create new client bases
- Write Estimates for needed services/repairs/installations
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Address any customer complains/concerns

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in multi-family sales
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience working in plumbing/ac industry
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderly files/estimates
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Knowledge of electronics sales is an advantage
- Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
