What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of the most innovative and state of the art rental properties in downtown Grand Rapids.
• Promote our properties to the community.
• Create strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve the rental experience.
• Problem solve situations to successful conclusion.

• You have the ability to work on multiple assignments and effectively manage time and priorities. Education/Experience:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Successful experience in housing, hospitality, real estate or other marketing focused positions.
• Work experience in an environment requiring superior customer service and problem solving.
• Preferred but not Required: Experience with LIHTC and Affordable Housing
• Fair Housing Training
• Knowledge of the downtown Grand Rapids area.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
