Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to prospective customers using provided leads
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and promote our products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, technology sales, or software sales is a must!
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a needed
- Proven track record of success in outbound calling or sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
