Job Overview:
The Sales Manager at Warrior Epoxy, Inc. will helm our sales department, driving growth and spearheading sales initiatives. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can not only meet but exceed our sales goals while fostering an environment of success and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a dynamic sales strategy to expand our market reach and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze and improve sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting objectives and reviewing performance.
• Engage directly with clients, providing top-tier customer service and building lasting relationships.

• Proven track record in sales, with experience in door-to-door sales management.
• Strong understanding of the concrete coatings industry, with expertise in residential markets.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,457.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
