Shadow's clientele ranges from small law firms to multinational insurance carriers. Position Summary

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, including updating all client touches and engagement in CRM system
• Manage client orders and new assignment intake
• Plan sales routes throughout assigned multi-state territory/region
• Schedule lunch-and-learn events with clients and present company information in a clear, concise, and informed manner
• Identify, prepare, and execute client networking opportunities, as well as industry-specific expos and seminars
• Continuously prospect for new clients and/or sales opportunities in an organized, methodical manner
• Communicate with and update clients on developments and/or outcomes of assignments
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and out-of-office employees
• Set and adhere to deadlines
• Meet and/or exceed weekly and quarterly goals

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College diploma preferred
• MS Office proficient, as well as use of email and internet
• One or more years in an office environment preferred
• Legal, insurance, or human resource office experience highly preferred

• Must be 21 or older
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Confident speaking to and in-front-of groups of 10-20 people
• Well-versed in professional office environment protocols/norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
