Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for fashion and helping people feel confident in their style, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits

- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions

- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Skills:

- Previous experience in cash handling and retail sales preferred

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products

- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts

- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing

- Experience in competitive sales is a plus

- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 40 per week
