Seeking a take charge marketing supervisor to lead our small but energetic phone room. Candidates should have experience in home improvement lead generation. Can you recruit, hire and train telemarketers to set qualified appointments for an experienced sales staff? Do you have the management and motivational skills to get marketers to bonus?

Rescom Exteriors Inc. in business since 1995 located in Auburn, MA. We market, sell and install an exclusive high end custom replacement window and door system. Our product is backed by a 50 year, non - prorated transferable warranty. We market MA, RI, CT and NH.

We are an aggressive marketing company with lead support systems: company operated fair and show program, internet and numerous other media support.
