Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to join our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts organization. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts and tools for their needs
• Utilize your general understanding of automotive parts and their function to answer customer questions and recommend appropriate products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Must have a general understanding of Automotive Parts and their function
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to learn and utilize computer-based inventory and sales systems
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
