Entry Level Realtor Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED. Identification: SSN or Individual Taxpayer Identification and driver's license. Active Real Estate License or willing to obtain a real estate license.

Responsibilities: Prospect for new business on a daily basis. Baird & Warner Entry Level Realtors must attend sales meetings and regular training. Real Estate agents must be willing to work flexible hours. Entry Level Realtors must be involved in their local community.
