Full description of the position

Description: We are seeking experienced - Licensed Personal Lines CSR/Agent to join our team! Must have experience in handling all aspects of P&C agency accounts - From marketing new business to cross selling existing accounts as well as processing policy renewals and servicing accounts during the policy period.
Skills: Must have the ability to multi task, follow directions, handle frequent interruptions and complex issues
Duties: Servicing existing book of business, marketing of renewals, interaction with both clients and carriers. Quoting and marketing new business to agency. Must be detailed oriented. Use of Hawksoft computer software is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
