Job Overview: As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide them with comprehensive coverage solutions. You will work closely with underwriters, insurers, and clients to ensure that businesses are adequately protected against various risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Understand clients' businesses and risk profiles to tailor insurance solutions.
• Insurance Consultation:
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice on commercial insurance products.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage limits, and exclusions.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations.
• Research and identify suitable insurance carriers for different client needs.
• Policy Placement:
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate and place insurance policies.
• Ensure policies align with clients' requirements and compliance standards.
• Risk Management:
• Assist clients in identifying and mitigating potential risks to their businesses.
• Recommend risk management strategies to improve clients' overall risk profile.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Claims Management:
• Facilitate the claims process for clients, serving as a liaison between clients and insurers.
• Advocate for clients during claims settlements to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
• Business Development:
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and engage in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Insurance licensing and relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or brokerage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and risk management principles.
