Role: Retail Sales Associate for store opening *end of April*

Salary: Base Pay for this role is $18/hr with our stores across the country earning between $5-$7+/hr in tips

Average Pay with Tips: $23-25+/hr

Your role:

As a Retail Sales Associate your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves in sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes and presenting a premium product offering to our customers, its therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience, thats both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers that will want to return time and time again.

The Retail Sales Associate will be working on their feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, and etc

A key expectation that will define your success in the role, is a candidate who is confident in interacting with people and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made a customers day better.

• As the Retail Sales Associate you must be welcoming to customers and confident to engage with people
• Able to serve Gelato and Coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates
• Be flexible according to the operational needs, able to take on duties to support your team
• High standards of appearance, presentation cleanliness and work quality
• Confident to work a cash register and manage cash operations
• Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed
• Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens
• Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, always being proactive
