Simple Title Closing & Escrow is a fast-growing law firm with offices in Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut and New Hampshire. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, experienced Closer/Business Development & Sales Associate to join our expanding team. We are hiring for remote positions focused in Portsmouth/The Seacoast of New Hampshire, Concord/Merrimack County, Nashua/Southern New Hampshire, and the Lakes Region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with current clients
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Promote the company's product/services addressing client objectives
• Conduct closing transactions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years proven experience in Real Estate, Title or Mortgage Sales and/or current book of business
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Familiarity with the real estate industry sales procedures
