Polar Leasing Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Fort Wayne, IN office. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in the success of the companys sales and growth objectives by demonstrating a high ability to close new sales opportunities, build relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position requires an active role in prospecting for new business and continued development of existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

Responds professionally to all inbound phone and email sales inquiries, providing new potential customers with information regarding Polar Leasings product details, pricing, and availability.

Execute timely delivery of all sales quotes, rental agreements, payment options, and logistics information.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Ensure all sales-related details are tracked and recorded accurately within the companys customer management software platform.

Perform a minimum of 100 sales related activities (calls, emails, SMS) per day.

Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement for all processes.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience required, minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience.

Proficient with MS Office and CRM software such as Sales Force.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask.

Strong organizational skills are a must.

Strong work ethic with a high attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.

Outgoing personality and ability to connect quickly with prospective customers.

Must be able to work standard hours of 8:00am 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Minimal travel.
