Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive / Sales Representative who is looking to grow and disrupt an industry.
Job Description: As an Account Executive at Gozango, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, working closely with potential clients to understand their unique needs and demonstrating how our software can build their business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. Must be comfortable cold-calling 60+ per day.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Gozango's software, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations, virtually, effectively communicating the value proposition of Gozango's solutions and addressing client concerns.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in Hubspot CRM system. Effectively manage the sales pipeline and forecast.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and close deals, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and Gozango's business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, with experience in selling SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of the lead generation and sales enablement landscape (preferred but not required.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel to tradeshows / conferences occasionally.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
