Position Description*
The Account Management Team will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. You will focus on strengthening relationships with customers, managing the customer experience, product application training, and increasing revenues with assigned customers.
What can I expect in my role as an Account Management Specialist at Ram Products?
- Create and manage Account Growth Plans, Scorecards, and perform account reviews.
- Conduct Product Application Training.
- Oversee all aspects of Service Agreements and renewals for assigned accounts.
- Effectively utilize Rams CRM.
- Build and strengthen relationships in accounts.
- In collaboration with the team, initiate product line expansion efforts and new product development resulting in measured revenue growth.
- Conduct Teams Calls and onsite visits with accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience in an MRO/industrial environment.
- Experience working with mid-to-executive level customer contacts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
