Full description of the position

Total Sales support from sales appointment through shipment of sales order

• Set up and maintain showroom for market appointments
• Assist in preparation for sales appointment (compile information for sales overview, make copies, provide current copies of line list for customer, etc)
• Assist account executive in sales appointment
• Process sales orders, order changes, substitutions and extentions
• Update market spreadsheets
• Follow up on unconfirmed orders and contact accounts regarding outstanding confirmations
• Review sales orders for allocation, picking and shipping
• Track deliveries on late styles
• Answer customer inquiries
• Assist account executive with compilation of selling information and tracking of best sellers
• File sales orders, sales information and reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior sales, sales assistant experience
• Candidate must aspire to career in sales and be dedicated to extended working hours to achieve that goal
• Computer proficient in word & Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• College degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
