We are a rapidly growing B2B Sales & Communication startup located in Torrance. We are currently looking for Account Success Associate to join our Early Team. Experience is not required, and we welcome those who are interested in tech startups.
Account Associate:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Account Success Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients by building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving value through our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform, and conduct training sessions to familiarize users with our products and features.
- Account Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor client accounts to track usage, performance, and satisfaction levels, proactively identifying areas for improvement or opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and relay this information to relevant internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client needs, resolve issues promptly, and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems, and generate regular reports to track key metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative to address client needs and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the software as a service (SaaS) industry or knowledge of sales and communication technologies is a plus.
*Bilingual (Korean & English) is required
