Summary

Chainwheel Drive has an immediate opening for an full time and part time sales associate who is enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about cycling. In our team environment we work with customers to teach and communicate the benefits of cycling and cycling equipment, to provide the area?s best customer service for which we are known. Our motto is ?We make cycling fun?.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers and utilize the sales process to understand a customer's needs and ascertain the right combination of products and services for the customer.
• Provide positive and excited one of a kind customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Merchandise product according to sales plan.
• Maintain level of cleanliness throughout the day.
• Help customers try on or fit merchandise.
• Inventory stock and requisition new stock.
• Other duties as needed/ assigned.

Requirements

Enthusiastic about bikes and cycling and inspire customers to ride more often.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but willingness to learn and demonstrate good customer service skills is a must.
Always Maintain a courteous attitude with our customers and your team members.
Good communication and sales skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow though.
Commit to continually improving your product knowledge.
The ability to lift 40 pounds.
Availability during weekends.
