We are looking for a licensed insurance agent to join our agency. We have two locations (Massillon and Minerva) with over 10,000 clients and growing.

One of my employee's has qualified for his own agency and we are looking to replace his role. In additon to taking over all the leads and sales that are already being worked on, this is a position in the office that will be following up with new clients, current clients, business owners and employees. Most new customer's start with auto and home insurance where we will be uncovering needs for life insurance, disability insurance, medical supplement, Medicare supplement and advantage, and group benefits.

In addition, if licensed for Series 6 and/or annuities, you will have the ability to market and sell additional products.

You will be provided your own professional office, desk, laptop. We offer all training in house in addition to State Farm, Jackson, Humana, Ohio Fair Plan, Gainsco, Hagarty, and other companies.

• OPTIONAL - Enrolled in Agency Career Track if a desire to own your own agency and business. I have trained 3 agent's in past 14 years who got their own agency and looking for another.
• 2023 - Out of 5 licensed sales reps in 2023, last year the least made $60,000 and the most was $100,000 after commission and bonus's.

Duties:

• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Analyze insurance policies and suggest necessary changes or additions
• Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Propety and Casualty License (Or willing to obtain before hire)
• Life and Health License (Or willing to obtain before hire)
• Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately
• Ability to effectively market and promote insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is beneficial
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to utilize technology and mutli-task effectively.
