Overview:

We are a sustainable store looking for a well-spoken, outgoing, motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales in the eco industry and has a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage the community

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers

- Help customers by listening to their needs and leading them to potential solutions

- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients

- Meet sales targets

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Maintain, clean and stock the sales floor

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Business development skills to identify new opportunities for growth

- Product knowledge to effectively sell products

- Ability to keep busy and hard working

- Ability constantly be open to learning and constructive criticism

- Proficiency in Square POS software preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
