Job Title: Solar Industry Lead Setter - Powur & Home Depot Program

Location: Various Home Depot Stores in the San Diego Area

Position Type: Part-time (Looking for 5 hours per week)

Job Description:
As a Solar Industry Lead Setter, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners visiting Home Depot, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and encouraging them to take the first step toward sustainability by setting up an appointment with our solar specialists. Using their electric bill, well personalize the conversation to show them how much they can save.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach customers within Home Depot, establishing a rapport and explaining the advantages of switching to solar energy.
• Collect contact information and schedule appointments for homeowners.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all Home Depot policies and regulations while working within the store.
• Achieve and exceed set performance targets, contributing to the teams overall success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing information or circumstances.
• Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers throughout the day.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
