Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls/greet customer's as they enter the dealership
• Schedule service appointments/Follow up appointments
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Attention to detail
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
