Full description of the position

Closing Agent responsible for dealing with real estate agents, lenders and clients who are buying and selling real estate. The agent will be responsible for working up files through SoftPro, obtaining requirements set forth in the commitment, shipping closed files and face to face closings.

This requires a minimum of 5 years closing experience and a Missouri Insurance Producers license.

This is a busy high paced environment and the closing agent needs to be able to make accurate decisions, be a self starter and have confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
