About the Company:

Encore Boat Works is rapidly growing LA boat manufacturer specializing in high quality aluminum welded inshore and offshore fishing vessels and commercial use boats. Our company is experiencing increased popularity and interest from our position in the market as one of the leading offshore metal catamaran manufacturers in the industry. We supply a wide range of commercial use vessels to the industries that occupy the Gulf Coasts waterways. We then provide the fishermen that share these waters the same industrial quality construction to our modern recreational vessels, but with the added fit and finish and extreme fishability to rival their fiberglass counterparts.

Job summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson to help sell our large model line-up of both commercial and recreational boats to clients and businesses. The ideal candidate would possess the following competencies and experience:

Passion for boats

Knowledge of off-shore fishing

Experience and proven success in sales

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong work ethic and dependability

Job Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding model lineup education, options, pricing, and build process.

Assist potential customers through build sheet consultations.

Draft and communicate details of build specifications with production.

Ensure excellent customer service as customer facing point of contact for production throughout build process.

Organize, maintain, and follow up with list of potential customers to ensure high sales volume.

Conduct predelivery inspections with customers, facilitate transactions, and coordinate final delivery of vessel.

Assist in planning and representation of company at Boat Shows, Expos, and Fishing tournaments.

Compensation is based on experience but will consist of a base and commission. If you are an individual that excels in sales, is passionate about fishing and helping launch a rapidly growing brand, wed like to hear from you.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
