Job Description

We are a fast growing and award winning Allstate agency with an immediate opening for a sales producer!

We are seeking an energetic and competitive sales person with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. If you have a knack for sales anda drive to succeed, the Broussard Agency wants YOU. No sales experience necessary, we'll invest in your success!

Salary: $30000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs.
  • Generateinsurance quotes.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
  • Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Possess a great work ethic, drive to succeed and a competitive spirit
  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  • Must have a valid drivers license andreliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license
