Currently, we are searching for an experienced Outside Sales Representative for our client in the San Antonio market. Our client is a premier natural and engineered stone supplier who has a great reputation in the industry and is still continuing to expand, which means excellent short-term and long-term opportunities are still available!
We need an entrepreneurial Outside Sales Rep with knowledge and experience selling stone slabs to fabrication shops, kitchen & bath dealers, architects and designers. Our client operates all facets of their business with full transparency and values reps with strong morals/values. We need an experienced rep for this role so we will not be interviewing any entry-level or less qualified candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In short, if you've been in the industry, you know the job responsibilities. However, a common list of responsibilities include:
- In-person business development, account management, and client expansion in an existing territory with long standing relationships. We're looking for a true road warrior!
- Sell products to stone fabricators and kitchen & bath dealers/showrooms
- Research and contact stone fabricators in your territory to find new business
- Typical administrative tasks for the industry/role
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years B2B outside sales experience in the stone industry. (5-10 years preferred)
- Experience working with a stone distributor is a MUST
- Able and willing to travel at least 50% to visit new and existing clients. All clients are within driving distance.
- Bachelor's degree OR adequate professional experience to match
COMPENSATION:
- Total Comp expectations = $80,000-$100,000
- Base = $50,000
