LOCATIONS

We have four locations and are currently hiring at all four!

• 3303 Wears Valley Rd. Sevierville, TN
• 3435 Teaster Ln Pigeon Forge, TN
• 1424 Winfield Dunn Parkway Sevierville, TN
• 519 Parkway Gatlinburg, TN

RETAIL: We are looking for competitive retail help to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the products they desire. Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the companys growth and revenue through sales maximization. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Work involves days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
