Car Sales Executive

Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
- Conduct test drives and provide information on vehicle performance
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the dealership and the customer
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and schedule appointments
- Ability to provide sales support by answering questions and providing information on available inventory
- Familiarity with inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking of vehicles
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing calculations and financing options
- Effective public speaking skills to present information confidently to potential buyers
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
