We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Staffing Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth for our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities: **

1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online research.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.

3. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.

4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

5. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.

7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

9. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment processes is a plus.

- Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
