Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of West Covina is looking for energetic and experienced Sales Manager to add to our team! We strive to deliver exceptional customer service and create a lifetime experience for all of our customers. We are seeking a dynamic personality, and will train the right candidate.

Professional attire (e.g. Shirt/Tie) is required, a copy of your resume and a pen is required for you to bring with you.

Position Requirements:

• Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car
• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
• Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
• Incredible communication skills
• Goal oriented
• Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale
• Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets

Position Qualifications:

• Preferred 1+ years experience in auto sales management; Highly preferred if experience in auto sales
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver license required and good driving record
• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Desire and ability to learn all things MB
• Prepared to do on-the-job training
• Strong character and work ethic
• Strong verbal and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude
• Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
