Full description of the position

Who We Need?
A sales-based liaison between the marketing and sales departments, working with the VP of Sales, Director of Marketing, and the Regional Account Managers (RAMs). The primary functions of this position are managing Salesforce, our CRM, as well as managing our Group Purchasing Organizations process, strategy, and relationships.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Work with RAMs to support selling strategies for targeted regions
  • Interface with marketing and account managers for technology support
  • Maintain and update hospital and physician listings in Salesforce
  • Maintain and update Salesforce equipment pricing
  • Communicates directly with the sales management team, RAMs, senior leadership
  • Manage leads from industry trade shows
  • Prepares bids for GPO, government/VA, and RFPs from institutions
  • Performs administrative duties associated with the position
  • Expense reports
  • Time reports
  • PPL requests
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid drivers license
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain passport
  • Two years CRM business analysis experience
  • Previous Salesforce CRM and Pardot experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • This position requires that all Covid vaccinations are up to date.
