Full-Time

General Shift is Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Must be willing to work 1/2 days on Saturdays but no more than 2x per month.

Wages starting at $20/hr for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train. Pay will be determined based on experience and skill set.

Canton Quarry is currently seeking candidates to fill our need for a Customer Service Representative in Cadiz, KY. The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills able to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. They will perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, including Saturdays.

Job Requirements:

• Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service
• Answer customer calls
• Take and input customer orders
• Dispatch products and material for delivery
• Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as payable, payroll, etc.
• Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities
• May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
