Position Summary:

Falcon is seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing team, serving the Rockies region in Colorado and Wyoming with frequent travel and onsite visits. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our solutions to the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organization skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development in the Rockies region of Colorado and Wyoming.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and contact new business opportunities in the oilfield market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events that are relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and technical support, to ensure consistent messaging and seamless client experiences.
• Maintain detailed, up to date pipeline information in CRM system.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making and product development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the polyurea lining and coating market.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but NOT required.
• One (1) year of experience in a field or operations role in the oil and gas industry is required.
• One (1) year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the oil and gas industry, environmental protection, or related sectors.
• Existing network of contacts and relationships within the target industries (oil and gas) is preferred but NOT required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales-related software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
• Moves throughout the building to access files.
• Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
• Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
