Control Technician Looking to Convert to Sales Engineer/Estimating Role - Up to $150,000

The Position:

Were looking for a sales engineer/estimator to create estimates based on notes, collaboration with sales, walkthroughs, meetings with clients, or plans & specifications. Sales and estimating training will be provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC controls experience
• Drivers license

The Location:

• Edge Automation is based in North Reading, MA. We service clients in eastern Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

• Must learn and use online estimating tool
• Ability to work with sales and/or the client to collaborate on a design solution
• Must be able to understand drawings, plans, and specifications
• Leverage knowledge of construction process to come up with accurate estimates
• Travel to job sites for walkthroughs and client meetings
• Participation in turnover meetings to engineering and project management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
