Sunset is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing sales team as a Comfort Advisor/Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a sales role, and 1+ years of HVAC. The Comfort Advisor is a dynamic sales position focused on in-home sales of heating and cooling equipment. Sales leads will come from a mix of our outbound marketing efforts, and technician generated leads; this is not a cold-calling position, though occasional outbound calls will be made. There will also be inside sales opportunities. They are responsible for handling their clients from the start of the process, through installation, and for maintaining contact between the client and the organization for the entire process.

What you will do:

• Visiting customers homes and presenting them with their best options for HVAC replacement.
• Build quotes and follow up with customers to assist in moving sales/project forward.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have.
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field.
• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.

• Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment
• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
• Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
• Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.

• HVAC experience is not required
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background check
