We are looking for a candidate that wants to join our fun-loving, fast paced team. We need experienced sales reps that can call through our warm leads and get patients added to our schedule for complimentary consultations.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads provided through our CRM Dashboard

o Make calls and develop relationships with our patients

o Collect pertinent information to pass on to our Treatment Coordinators and patient care team

o Provide answers and information to our prospective patients with the ultimate goal of getting them scheduled for their complimentary consultation

- Answer inbound calls and with care, compassion, empathy, and energy

- Maintain and manage the consultation schedule

o Adding prospective patients

o Rescheduling patients

o Getting patients scheduled for future appointments

- Coordinate with our treatment coordinators to make sure they have all necessary information when presenting in consultations

- Be results oriented and be able to meet sales quotas and requirements

- Work well in a team environment to achieve a common goal
