NO ROOFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and willing to help grow our business. Team members can make 60K to 80K plus depending on leads generated. This is an uncapped position offering a salary plus commission or a commission only compensation.

LEAD GENERATOR

Our Lead Generator is responsible for generating leads through canvassing (Door Knocking). Your goal is to get new customers to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation inspection. It is your responsibility to record accurate customer information and represent Garcia Roofing with enthusiasm and professionalism. Training, marketing materials, company apparel, & pre-selected neighborhoods will be provided for you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure your success.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

• Generate business by door knocking near ongoing jobs and assigned areas.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in Garcias CRM system.
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
• Always be Courteous, Neat, Clean and in proper uniform.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in any season

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent time management.
