Ultimate Staffing is seeking a mid level Admin Sales Support/Account Manager for a large company in San Diego.
Temporary to Hire
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm / 7:30am-4:00pm
$25.00-$28.00 per hour + bonus

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
This position has multiple responsibilities including:
1) Manage product/training roll-outs of new multi-location deals for Mid-level accounts, insure new customers are properly installed and trained on the new products, post sales account follow-up, research account billing inquires, usage report investigation, and overall retention efforts.
2) Maintain or expand the relationships with existing, corporate and/or mid-level accounts
3) Investigate, discover, pursue and close sales opportunities with small to medium sized businesses
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Multi-Location Support
- Establish relationships with primary contacts within the business and manage existing corporate accounts
- Continuously audit and improve the lead generation process
- Monitor and maintain lead/sales metrics (leads submitted/origin, conversion rates, sales numbers)
- Work closely with all stake holders to insure seamless transition for new customers
- Coordinate and manage all installation and training efforts, both in-house and on-site, for the new accounts, up to and including documentation of ISC training via checklist
- Review usage and provide support and follow-up to ensure new accounts are accessing and using the M1 products and identify potential gaps
- Follow up with customer on any account issues through to resolution, including but limited to technical support, customer service, billing and/or collections
- Establish and maintain working relationships with both new and existing Multi-Location accounts.
- Attend events and offsite meetings that support the sales efforts
- Validate the size and scope of sales opportunities received through the Mid-Level Lead Referral program
- Develop initiatives to retain corporate customers
- Investigate and identify sales opportunities through independent prospecting activity
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Requires a high school degree or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of account management or support services
- Computer literate in business applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong presentation, account management, relationship, communications, and organizational skills, including planning, coordinating and setting priorities
- Must show strong initiative and decision-making capabilty
- Highest degree of character, honesty, personal responsibility and accountability.
