Marketplace 4 Insurance in Hendersonville, NC is hiring for an Insurance Agent to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 60 days of offer date

At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required

Life & Health license is a plus

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

Develop insurance quotes, present options to clients, and educate clients on insurance selections

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $26,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
