Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical products is desirable
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
