Dillard's Kenwood now hiring Clothing & Credit Salespeople! In this role you will be expected to actively sell our Dillard's Credit Card to our customers along with Dillard's merchandise. THE EXPECTATION IS ONE CREDIT APPLICATION OPENED PER 40 HOURS WORKED. If you are uncomfortable with credit cards, selling, or having conversations with new people do not apply for this role.

```Duties:```
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or technology-related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with clothing/makeup brands
