Channel Sales Representative

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the companys products.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
• Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
• Perform detailed competitor analysis and keep up to date on market trends.
• Participate in networking events, tradeshows, and various sales visits.
• Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
• Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Naturally and comfortably team oriented enjoys collaboration
• An aptitude and desire for customer service excellence
• Persistent, ambitious and have a strong drive for success with proven sales results
• Ability to travel within Canada and the United States 25-50% of the time
