Large real estate firm seeks an Assistant Property Manager with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Primary tasks include:

• Greeting each person who enters the office in a professional manner.
• Answering phones.
• Accepting documents, checks, add requests to the extermination log and service requests from resident.
• Making service request follow up calls.
• Making requested follow up calls to residents about new and outstanding renewals.
• Guiding satisfied residents to leave on great reviews online.
• Help field office traffic to the correct resource.
• Supporting Property Manager in core responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
