Requirements for the Agency Owner:

• Must have a Property & Casualty license
• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Korean, or Spanish strongly preferred
• Must be motivated and determined
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Insurance experience is beneficial, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable

Pay: $80,000-$150,000 + Commission + Bonuses
