SUMMARY

Manage inventory, operates cash register, and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the Rock Shop. Ensures displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

• Operates cash registers, stocks of shelves, and maintains a clean retail environment.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Receives inventory.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

No supervisory or management authority.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma and 1 year of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent written, communication, presentation, and computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of applicable retail and spa operating systems.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily performed in a climate-controlled setting with frequent exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work may require lifting and carrying materials up to 30lbs. Must have flexibility to work varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed.
